RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Since we partner with Printful to print and ship our shirts, we are unfortunately unable to accept exchanges or returns, due to the fact that the shirts are printed in a separate facility.
However, there is a small window of time from the time an order is placed to actual printing, where we may be able (not guaranteed) to adjust or cancel an order. So if you selected a wrong size or color, please email email@example.com as soon as possible, so we may try to correct the order before it is printed.
DAMAGES OR ISSUES
Castle Kay is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages!
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for inquires.
